Green Mountain Sugar Maple
Green Mountain maple has for many years been the most popular sugar maple variety. It is one of hardiest sugar maple selections, able to handle cold, heat and restricted space well. It has deep green leaves which turn reddish orange to red in the Fall. Green Mountain maple is more compact in form than the native sugar maple. It will live over 100 years and will put on a display of color for which sugar maples are famous.
