Wholesale Customers

Arbor Nursery is primarily a wholesale grower of trees and shrubs.

We invite our wholesale customers to apply for a password to the Wholesale Customers Section of our website, to view terms and conditions applicable to them and to discuss our payment policy.

Retail Customers

Retail customers can order from the nursery provided their order exceeds $500. 

How to Order

Orders can be placed by phone, or e mail. 

Our customers are free to pick out and tag specific trees for later delivery.  Minimum order amount of $500 applies and a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time the tree is tagged.  During growing season, the tree will be held a maximum of 60 days, unless otherwise agreed. In the Fall, we are happy to hold tagged trees until your Spring planting.

Pick up and Delivery

Our hours of business are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. , Monday to Friday.  Special arrangements can be made to view the trees and pick up orders outside these hours, on 48 hours advance notice.

Prices and Payment

Prices appearing on our website are subject to change at any time.

Our prices are FOB nursery and HST will be charged on all sales, including delivery and transport charges, made to PEI, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland.  GST will be charged on sales to other Provinces. Our responsibility ends with loading the stock onto your vehicle.

Payment is by cash, cheque or wire transfer.

Guarantee

We guarantee all stock to be true to name and to be in good condition when leaving the nursery. All other guarantees and warranties, express or implied, are hereby excluded.
